GQV.ai is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and creative platform for all users. These Community Guidelines outline what content and behavior are prohibited on our service.

1. Core Principles

1.1 Our Mission

We empower creators to build AI characters and content that:

  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Do not harm or exploit others
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Maintain a safe and respectful community

1.2 Your Responsibility

As a GQV.ai user, you are responsible for:

  • All content you create or upload
  • Ensuring your content does not violate these guidelines
  • Respecting the rights and dignity of others
  • Understanding that AI-generated content can have real-world consequences

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on GQV.ai:

2.1 Intellectual Property Violations

❌ Copyrighted Characters

  • Do not generate content featuring characters from movies, TV shows, video games, comics, or other copyrighted media without authorization
  • Examples: Marvel/DC superheroes, Disney characters, anime characters, video game characters
  • Consequence: Immediate content removal, possible account suspension

❌ Unauthorized Use of Real Persons

  • Do not create AI characters based on real individuals without their explicit consent
  • This includes celebrities, public figures, influencers, politicians, or private individuals
  • Especially prohibited: Creating deceptive content that could be mistaken for authentic images/videos of real people
  • Consequence: Immediate account termination and possible legal action

❌ Trademark Infringement

  • Do not use copyrighted logos, brand names, or product designs without permission
  • Do not generate content that suggests false endorsement or affiliation with brands

❌ "Viral" or "Trending" Content Replication

  • ⚠️ Important: Just because content is widely shared does not make it copyright-free
  • Viral videos, memes, and trending images are often copyrighted by their creators
  • Do not upload copyrighted reference images to Style Transfer or Motion Transfer tools
  • Use original content or content you have verified as copyright-free

2.2 Harmful and Illegal Content

❌ Child Exploitation Material (CSAM)

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Any generation involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
  • Includes both realistic and stylized/animated representations
  • Consequence: Immediate permanent ban + law enforcement notification

❌ Non-Consensual Intimate Content

  • Do not create intimate or sexual content depicting real individuals without explicit consent
  • This includes both photorealistic and stylized representations
  • Consequence: Immediate account termination

❌ Violence and Gore

  • Extremely graphic violence, torture, or gore
  • Content that glorifies or encourages violence
  • Realistic depictions of weapons in threatening contexts

❌ Hate Speech and Discrimination

  • Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on:
    • Race, ethnicity, national origin
    • Religion or religious beliefs
    • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
    • Disability or medical condition
    • Age or veteran status
  • Slurs, derogatory language, or dehumanizing content

❌ Illegal Activities

  • Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or services
  • Instructions for illegal activities
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

2.3 Deceptive and Misleading Content

❌ Synthetic Media Misrepresentation

  • Do not pass off AI-generated content as authentic photographs or videos
  • Disclose that content is AI-generated when sharing publicly
  • Do not create "deepfakes" intended to deceive or manipulate

❌ Impersonation

  • Do not create content to impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
  • Do not use AI characters to deceive others about your identity

❌ Misinformation

  • Do not generate content designed to spread false information
  • Especially prohibited: Misleading content related to health, politics, or public safety

2.4 Platform Integrity Violations

❌ Spam and Automation Abuse

  • Excessive bulk generation for spam purposes
  • Automated account creation or generation
  • Gaming or manipulating our refund system

❌ Terms of Service Violations

  • Any content that violates our Terms of Service
  • Circumventing restrictions or bans
  • Multiple accounts to avoid enforcement

3. Enforcement Policy

We enforce these guidelines through a three-strike system for most violations:

3.1 First Violation

  • Warning + content removal
  • Email notification explaining the violation
  • Temporary suspension (optional, depending on severity)
  • Access restored after reviewing guidelines

3.2 Second Violation

  • Suspension (7-30 days, depending on severity)
  • All pending generations cancelled
  • Account access restricted during suspension period
  • Required acknowledgment of guidelines before reinstatement

3.3 Third Violation

  • Permanent account termination
  • No refunds for remaining gem balance
  • Prohibited from creating new accounts
  • May involve reporting to relevant authorities

3.4 Immediate Termination (No Warnings)

The following violations result in immediate permanent ban without prior warnings:

  • Child exploitation material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Impersonation for fraud or harm
  • Violations that pose immediate legal or safety risks
  • Repeated attempts to circumvent bans

3.5 Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:

  1. Email support@gqv.ai with:
    • Your account email address
    • Explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect
    • Relevant evidence or context
  2. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days
  3. Our decision on appeals is final
  4. Repeated frivolous appeals may result in communication restrictions

4. How to Report Violations

4.1 Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

  1. Email support@gqv.ai with:
    • URL or identifier of the violating content (if applicable)
    • Description of the violation
    • Screenshots or evidence (if available)
  2. Include "Content Violation Report" in the subject line
  3. We review all reports within 24-48 hours

4.2 Copyright Infringement

For copyright violations, please follow our DMCA Policy to file a takedown notice.

4.3 Confidentiality

  • Reports are kept confidential
  • We do not disclose reporter identity to reported users
  • False reports made in bad faith may result in action against the reporter

5. Content Moderation

5.1 Automated Filtering

  • Our AI service providers (Flux, WaveSpeed, Seedream, Kling) have built-in content filters
  • Some prohibited content may be automatically blocked before generation
  • Filter bypass attempts are considered guideline violations

5.2 Manual Review

  • Reported content is manually reviewed by our team
  • We may proactively review content from flagged accounts
  • Review decisions are made based on these guidelines and Terms of Service

5.3 Transparency

  • We maintain transparency about enforcement actions
  • Aggregated violation statistics may be published periodically
  • Individual case details remain confidential

6. Best Practices for Creators

6.1 Use Original Content

✅ Create characters from your own imagination ✅ Use your own photographs for training IMAGE_LORA characters ✅ Generate scenes and compositions that are uniquely yours

6.2 Verify Copyright Status

✅ Before uploading reference images, verify they are:

  • Your original work
  • Licensed for your use
  • In the public domain
  • Authorized by the copyright holder

6.3 Disclose AI-Generated Content

✅ When sharing publicly, disclose that content is AI-generated ✅ Use hashtags like #AIArt #AIGenerated #GQVai ✅ Do not mislead viewers about the nature of the content

6.4 Respect Privacy and Consent

✅ Obtain explicit consent before using someone's likeness ✅ Get written permission for commercial use of real persons ✅ Respect people's right to control their image

6.5 Test Before Committing

✅ Use INSTANT characters (1 gem) to test concepts ✅ Start with lower-cost generations before larger projects ✅ Review outputs carefully before commercial use

7. Age Restrictions

7.1 Minimum Age

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use GQV.ai
  • Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old
  • We may request age verification at any time

7.2 Parental Supervision

  • Users under 18 should have parental guidance
  • Parents are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the platform
  • We recommend age-appropriate content creation

8. International Users

8.1 Local Laws

  • You must comply with laws in your jurisdiction
  • Content legal in one country may be prohibited in others
  • When in doubt, consult local legal counsel

8.2 Cultural Sensitivity

  • Respect cultural differences and norms
  • Avoid content that may be offensive in other cultures
  • Consider your global audience when creating content

9.1 Updates

  • We may update these guidelines as our service evolves
  • Material changes will be announced via email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
